I am a full-time firefighter who works a 24 hour shift on duty and 48 hours off duty at my full-time job. As most firefighters do, I work a part-time job as a firefighter for another city. Recently I was injured on my part-time job and will be out of work (from both jobs) for several weeks with broken bones. Workers Comp has been filed, my question is how will my TTD benefits be calculated? Based off my part-time or full-time salary. I watched the video and saw the percentage and maximum allowed. Thanks
I recently moved to Georgia…do to my husband’s job relocation…I did not qualify for unemployment cause I quit my job to follow my husband…I have been looking for a job…but no luck…i have suffer two coronary heart attacks in a same week…can i collect temporary disability…last time i worked was June 2008…
i wanted to know if i am elegible to received temporary disability…i have had two coronary heart attacks in the same week in october…i feel week and depressed all the time…i’m afraid it could happen again any time…i have not work since June of 2008…do to my husband’s job relocation…i have applied every where…no luck…
